Abby and Joe are, to put it bluntly, incredibly uber superduper people.  From when I first met them in college to today, they have always made everyone feel welcome and like they were their best friends.  Since this is how they treat their friends and acquaintances, I can only imagine how much love there is in their marriage!  Today I offer everyone some St. Olaf College Wedding Photography and let me be the first to say, their photos are the bees knees.  I’ve got a special affinity for a groom who tears up, especially when he sees his bride to be for the first time.  Let me back-up though.  The day started off with some final preparation photos before the first look.  From there we brought Joe out to the iconic chime tower at St. Olaf where Abby would walk down to and where they would see each other for the first time.  Tears and smiles in spades!  Afterwards, we got the families together for some photos in front of Boe Chapel.  The weather and light could not have been more perfect.  From there we got the bridal party together and brought them to what was once the old entrance to the St. Olaf Library.  A short break later and the ceremony had arrived.  The thing you need to know about Abby and Joe is that music is very near and dear to their hearts, they had a full men’s choir as well as amazing soloists to serenade them and the attendees throughout the wedding.  More smiles, a few more tears, a huge kiss later and then deal was sealed!  We all drove over to Shattuck-St. Mary’s for some more wedding photos and their reception.  Overall an amazing day full of great emotions, wonderful photos, and even better people to be surrounded by.
