About Lumen Photography

We’re not your mother’s wedding photographer.

My name is Evan Uribe, I’m the owner of Lumen Photography.  Lumen Photography is a studio based out of Minneapolis, MN though we have the privilege of traveling through the country photographing weddings.  We specialize in being adventurous, non-traditional, and focusing on a documentary style of photography.

I am an endurance sport aficionado who focuses on running.  I also play and coach the beautiful game – soccer!  My whippets, Jessie and Judge, are my best friends outside of my amazing wife, Kelsey.  I love a good beer or glass of bourbon.  This is the best job in the world because I get to hang out with couples on the happiest day of their lives.  Not to mention, there is the possibility of my photos being passed on for generations.  There is no higher compliment in my mind and I’m proud that people trust me to be there with them on their wedding day.
