Who loves their job?  I LOVE MY JOB.  Seriously, I get to hangout with the coolest people – especially when we’re doing some Minnesota Forest Engagement Photography!  Let me introduce you to Kelsie and John and the first part of their two part engagement session post.  I’ve known Kelsie since my first days at St. Olaf when I was lucky enough to play a game of ultimate Frisbee with her.  Kelsie went on to continue play ultimate Frisbee and make it an important part of her life.  Case-in-point, she started a very neat organization called Bid for Peace, an ultimate based fundraiser funding peace in the Middle East.  While I haven’t known John, for quite as long, I’ve loved getting to know him because he is a genuine man who has a charisma that makes it so you can’t help but enjoy hanging out with him.

For their adventurous engagement session, we started in a beautiful pine forest that gave the first portion of the session an almost surreal feeling!  Aside from a few bug bites and and run-ins with prickly plants on my part, I loved the entire forest part.  You can really tell how much they enjoy each others company and what a phenomenal match they are.  As I mentioned before, this is only part one of their engagement session; so, keep an eye out tomorrow on our facebook by liking our page (and I’ll update this post with a link to the second part).  It’s just as good as the first part but with a different, yet equally beautiful, backdrop.  Wrapping-up this post, if you are in need of a professional photographer look no further.  We do all sorts of sessions but love adventurous weddings and portraits the most – contact us using this link!
