When you’ve known someone for a longtime, you often have an ideal image of them in your minds-eye.  I took these two photographs of my grandparents a few weeks ago for my mother’s birthday.  This is how I will always remember them.  For my grandmother, I’ll always envision her as being happy and playing a game of cribbage with my aunts or cousins.  That or baking something delicious!  For my grandpa, I usually picture him relaxing in his enormous and incredibly comfy arm chair while reading the newspaper or a book.
