Another engagement session… but not just any other engagement session.  Meet my good friend Mickey and his fiance Megan as they do some awesome Northfield and St. Olaf Engagement Photos!  I met Mickey my freshman year back at St. Olaf and we’ve been friends ever since so when the opportunity arose to photograph his and Megan’s wedding, I was overjoyed.  Additionally, St. Olaf holds a special place for both Mickey and Megan seeing as they’re both alumni of Olaf.  The session began in downtown Northfield with us finding neat nooks and carnies throughout the town’s historic buildings, from there we traversed the short distance over to St. Olaf’s campus to find some fall colors down in the natural lands – we hit the season just perfectly and found a beautiful tree with sunlight filtering through it.  Last but not least we snuck into the library for a few very quiet photos – both Mickey and Megan are English majors so it seemed apropos to take a photo amoungst the stacks.  Great smiling and laughter combined with great backdrops meant another great session!
