today, i want to show you some awesome pics from one of my favorite venues in minnesota – the outing point lodge.  this huntingesque lodge/mansion is just outside of stillwater, mn and quite possibly one of the most picturesque places you could possibly get married.  ryane and clint had their wedding here a few weekends ago and it turned out wonderfully!  the day started off with me getting some prep pics of ryane and her gals in one of the lodge’s largest rooms.  between bouncing back and forth in between ryane and clint’s rooms some really awesome pics were taken.  just look at how gorgeous ryane looks as her mom helps her tie off her dress.  clint looks pretty b.a. too getting his tie on.  afterwards, we had an epic first look in front of an old school bentley.  pretty much these two were made for each other.  in each others presences they just relax and seem to compliment each other perfect.  we wandered around the grounds of the lodge after the first look going neither here, nor there, but all the while taking epic pics.  from there we took some awesome bridal party pictures!  everyone looked incredibly mad manesque (apparently esque is the suffix of the day).  the ceremony was in a little bit of danger from the rain but luckily it sprinkled for like 5 minutes before the ceremony and allowed ryane and clint’s day to go through without a hitch.  probably my favorite part of the day was when ryane and clint had their families surround them for a prayer.  it was really awesome to see the bonding of these two, obviously, close knit families.  from there a brief cocktail hour followed immediately by a delish dinner of some really savory chicken.  the day wasn’t yet done though because in the basement of the lodge is one of the neatest dance area/bars i’ve ever seen.  ryane and clint danced their first dance to a salsa and aced it.  they must have practiced a bit because some of the moves they were pulling off were awesome.  it was a ton of fun to be with such nice people and celebrate such a beautiful day is such a beautiful venue.  definitely a day to remember for everyone.  hopefully my pics can do the day justice.  if you dig it, head over to the lumen facebook page and “like” it!
